Welcome to the Corasol application process.

We believe that finding the right fit is essential for both you and us. This process is designed to ensure our values and your capabilities align, so together we can create a workplace where everyone thrives.

PHASE ONE: Cultural Fit Survey.

The Cultural Fit Survey is crucial as we work to build a team that thinks alike, works well together, and enjoys each other's company. We hire based on attitude and then train for skills, so this survey helps us understand if we share the same values and mindset.

PHASE TWO: Task and Skills Assessment.

Next, we'll assess your willingness and ability to perform the tasks required to successfully execute the role through a series of yes/no questions tailored to the position. This will ensure that you're prepared for the responsibilities ahead.

PHASE THREE: Experience and Optional Video.

In the third phase you'll have the opportunity to share any experience relevant to the role. Depending on the position, you may also attach a resume and optionally submit a video. While the video isn't mandatory, it's a fun way to showcase your personality and interests!

Once you've filled out your application you'll receive a confirmation email, outlining the next steps in your application process and keeping you informed every step of the way.

NEXT STEPS

We'll keep you updated on your application status throughout the process. Depending on the role, you may undergo a phone interview followed by a face-to-face meeting with a Corasol Team Leader. Typically, this process takes one to three weeks.
